CHILDREN & PET CONCERNS

Lupita Cleaning Solutions works around your secured pets to complete your house cleaning.
Question –
Are you able to complete your cleaning services on my home with my pets in the house?
Answer –
We love pets, and pets love us. As a result, our customers dogs and cats come to think of us as just another family member and great us accordingly when we arrive. But for the safety of your pets we prefer you keep them secured in another room or crate while we do our work. 
Question –
What are your policies regarding young children?
Answer –
We request you provide supervision for young children who might be present during our cleaning services. We are so focused on providing you with our famous “Dream Clean” we cannot be responsible for watching your children at the same time.

In order to provide our clients with the high-level of attention and detail they deserve we have limited our services to the greater Phoenix areas including Scottsdale, Mesa, Queen Creek and more.

Question –
How often should I have my home cleaned?
Answer –
Lupita Cleaning Solutions is available to clean your home or office per your needs. Our typical home owners prefer weekly or biweekly cleanings. We are also readily available for special occasion cleanings, such as before or after the holidays, etc.
Question –
What do you recommend for office cleanings; daily, every other, weekly?
Answer –
Our commercial office cleaning services scheduling depends on the number of employees, type of business and overall size of the office. Larger offices with more employees or customers tend to require daily cleaning. We will work with you to determine the best possible solution to maintain your office’s shine!

Lupita Cleaning Solutions works hard to earn your trust while entering and exiting your home for a cleaning.
Question –
Do we need to be home or have someone at the office to let you in to complete your cleaning services?
Answer –
We work very hard to earn your trust, and as a result, our customers are very comfortable providing us with a key and the code to disarm any alarm or security systems. This alleviates you from having to be home or in the office during our cleaning service.

Yes, Lupita Cleaning Solutions takes every precaution to ensure your home or office will be safe and secure.

PAYMENTS / PRICING

We accept a variety of payments from cash to cash apps.
Question –
What type of payments do you accept?
Answer –
We accept cash or digital payments via Zelle or Venmo at the time of service for all residential cleanings. For recurring vacation rentals or commercial office cleanings, we accept payments by check on a bi-weekly basis. A 3-6 month contract preferred for these payment terms.
Question –
What is the typical cost to clean my house or office?
Answer –
It’s difficult for us to provide pricing without first seeing the residence or office building or knowing your specific cleaning needs. We provide free estimates, and most of the time will clean your house or office that same day!

Rescheduling your cleaning service
Question –
What is your cancellation or change policy?
Answer –
Lupita Cleaning Solutions understands you may need to change your regularly scheduled cleaning day on occasion. We just ask for 48 hours notice of any change.

How do I provide a review of your services?
Answer –
We want to make your “Dream Clean” come true every time we are in your home, short-term rental or office. We love public facing comments, so feel free to provide a Google Business or Facebook Review. But, if for whatever reason your are unsatisfied please let us know, so we can correct the problem immediately.

Lupita Cleaning Solutions supplies all equipment and supplies required.
Question –
Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Answer –
Yes, Lupita Cleaning Solutions provides all cleaning supplies, trash liners, vacuums and other necessary equipment to ensure your home or office is cleaned to a sparkling clean every time!
Question –
Do you use green or biodegradable cleaning products and supplies?
Answer –
We are happy to accommodate any cleaning products you preferred to be used in your home or office. Depending on the products you require, this may be reflected in your original cleaning estimate.
